T-Fat’s Auto Spa began with a tent, two bays, and a bold belief that car care could be done differently. Founded by former Tampa Bay Buccaneer TJ Fatinikun right outside a Citgo gas station on Westshore Blvd, the company quickly earned a reputation for elite service and unmatched attention to detail. What started as a grind turned into a go-to for Tampa’s luxury car owners. Today, T-Fat’s is more than a detail shop, it’s a lifestyle brand built on excellence, protection, and pride.

SUPERVISOR
Manage daily operations, staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards and leading the team to excellence across all shifts.
SHIFT LEAD
Lead a team of detailers during your assigned shift, maintain workflow and quality control, and step in to support operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
AUTO DETAILERS & HAND WASH TECHNICIANS
We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented team members to perform high-quality hand washes. Interior and exterior detailing, ensuring every vehicle meets our “TFATS Touch Of Excellence” standard.
RECEPTIONIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Serve as the first point of contact for our clients by checking in vehicles, booking appointments, upselling services, and ensuring each customer leaves impressed with their experience.
SUPPORT STAFF / INTERNS
Assist with prepping wash stations, moving vehicles, keeping the property clean, and supporting the detailers to keep service flowing smoothly and ensuring an excellent experience for all throughout the day. PERFECT FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS!
